Bill Carter - Bill joined the magazine after 15 years in the non-profit sector working for the Boys & Girls Clubs and the American Red Cross. Prior to that he was in municipal work for 12 years. The proud father of 2 children, he can usually be found fishing off the Gandy Causeway. He's a novice angler like the average reader; not an expert, but has a lot of fun!
